Real estate is local. But real local knowledge is earned.
Scott Marino came to the Vail Valley in 1997 by way of Southern California, Cal Poly Tech, and a global rugby tour. One summer in the high country was all it took-he knew it was home for life. By 2006, Scott turned his passion for the valley into a full-time real estate career moving to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties in 2028, establishing himself as a calm, strategic voice in one of the country's most dynamic mountain property markets.
Two decades later, Scott's work is rooted in the same discipline he brought to the pitch: clear communication, direct strategy, and total accountability. Having guided clients through over 280 closed sales and more than $150M+ in property volume across the Vail Valley, Scott cuts through the industry noise to focus on what actually moves the needle-accurate pricing, smart marketing, and negotiating with clarity. His consistent production has earned Team Marino top honors within the network, including Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices' President's Circle, Leading Edge Society, and Honor Society awards.
When he isn't navigating contracts or advising buyers and sellers, Scott is on the field coaching youth football and baseball in the valley, spending winters on the mountain, or out in Eagle with his wife and two kids.
Whether you are buying your first home in the valley, investing in a mountain retreat, or selling a high-stakes property, Scott brings sharp execution and genuine local roots to every deal.
